3. Refund Policy

3.1 Legal Support Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if no substantive action has been taken on their matter. To submit a request, use our contact form. Approved requests will be processed within 30 days by the method originally used. Alternatively, clients may opt for scheduling a new appointment, subject to availability.

Once substantive steps have been taken, including document submission or representation activities, fees are non refundable. This policy reflects the allocation of professional hours and fees remitted on your behalf.
